1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Breezy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply in addition to any applicable App Store terms, including Apple's standard licensed application terms for apps distributed through the App Store.

2. App purpose

Breezy is a Health & Fitness app designed to help users quit vaping, smoking, pouches, and nicotine habits through streak tracking, money-saved estimates, breathing exercises, milestones, widgets, and craving-support prompts.

3. Not medical advice

Breezy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or crisis services. Health milestones and craving-support prompts are informational and motivational only. Always seek advice from a qualified health professional for medical questions, nicotine replacement therapy, medication, mental health concerns, pregnancy, or urgent symptoms.

4. Safe use

• Do not use Breezy while driving or in unsafe situations that require attention.
• Do not rely on Breezy for emergency support.
• Use reminders and breathing exercises only in safe settings.
• Quit progress can vary; Breezy does not guarantee a specific health outcome.

5. Breezy Plus subscriptions

Breezy may offer optional Breezy Plus subscriptions through the App Store. Current configured products include a weekly plan at $6.99/week and a yearly plan at $39.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial when available for your Apple ID and territory. Breezy may also show a close-paywall yearly plan at $19.99/year with no free trial.

Prices, trials, taxes, and availability may vary by country or App Store account. The final purchase sheet shown by Apple controls the price and terms of your purchase.

6. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund process.

7. Free features

Breezy includes a free tier with core quit support such as streak tracking, cloud progress, money saved, and basic SOS tools. Breezy Plus features may change over time as the app improves.

8. User entries and responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into Breezy, including quit dates, triggers, cravings, and spending estimates. Keep your device secure if you do not want others to view your local app data.

9. Intellectual property

Breezy, its visual design, app icon, cloud artwork, copy, code, and related materials are owned by the app developer or licensed to the app developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or App Store terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Breezy is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, or subscription costs outside the remedies required by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when Breezy changes. Continued use of Breezy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
