Privacy Policy
Breezy is built as a local-first quit nicotine companion. The app does not require an account, does not use tracking, and does not include an analytics SDK.
1. Information Breezy stores
Breezy stores your app state locally so the app and widgets can show your quit progress. This may include your quit date, nicotine habit inputs, weekly spend estimate, streak history, pet state, craving and trigger notes, achievements, settings, notification preferences, and subscription access state.
This information is stored on your device in the app's local storage and app group. It is not used to build an advertising profile.
2. What Breezy does not collect
- No account registration is required.
- No advertising tracking is used.
- No IDFA is requested.
- No third-party analytics SDK is included.
- No sale of personal information.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, billing, and account information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
If RevenueCat is enabled for subscription management, RevenueCat receives anonymous receipt and entitlement information needed to determine whether Breezy Plus is active. Breezy does not use that data for tracking or advertising.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, Breezy may schedule local reminders such as craving-hour reminders or trial-ending reminders. You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
5. Health and quit information
Breezy helps you track motivation, habits, cravings, and milestones. This information is for personal reflection and app functionality. Breezy is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
6. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset app state where available, or uninstall Breezy. Subscription purchase history is managed by Apple and may remain associated with your Apple ID according to Apple's policies.
7. Children
Breezy is intended for users who are quitting nicotine in a cessation context. It is not directed to children. The App Store age rating may reference tobacco or nicotine cessation content.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Breezy changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
